Seven Rivers is one of the few builders in West Virginia with in-house off-site manufacturing capabilities. Using European panelization equipment, we construct precision-built wall panels — complete with framing, windows, and siding — in a controlled indoor environment, then assemble them quickly on-site. Fewer weather delays, tighter tolerances, less waste, and a faster path to move-in day.

From community pavilions to commercial facilities, Seven Rivers brings the same integrated design-build process to commercial projects that we apply to residential work. We've completed projects ranging from post-and-beam structures built with local hemlock to buildings using innovative materials like Autoclaved Aerated Concrete.
